Lobster Claw or False-Bird-of-Paradise

This perennial is native to the Northwestern region of South America, Central America, the Caribbean and some islands in the South Pacific.  It is the national flower of Bolivia.  It's downward drooping flowers are an excellent source of nectar for a variety of birds, especially hummingbirds.
