Thunbergia
Known also as the Black-eyed Susan Vine, this flower is native to the tropical regions of Africa, Madagascar and Southern Asia. It was named after Carl Peter Thunberg who has been considered the "father of South African Botany". He lived til the ripe old age of 84 and passed away in 1828 in his homeland of Sweden.
